Before you Visit

• In order to streamline our process and keep customer's cost down, please gather your files and photos into one place. If you are printing from your phone, please have all images selected and saved in an album or folder so we can access them quickly.

• We are happy to help you select your images, a consultation fee will be applied.

• For custom prints, make sure your images/files are print ready. This means having the correct size and dpi set. If you need advice about this please let us know. We can point you to some helpful resources.

• Rush orders are a 25% up-charge. This fee is waived for Bereavement Services.

• We are happy to help you with any project! If you need consultation time at one of our editing stations, we can do 15 min sessions at $15 or $60/hr.

• For large quantity orders, a deposit will be required.

• Any uncollected originals will be disposed of if not collected in 60 days.

How to deliver your files to us

• In person drop off. We can read your SD cards and your flash drives. We can accept airdropped or emailed files in store.

• Please do not text us your photos for printing. We do not have texting capabilities at this time.

• Email your photos and files to photos@southhillgallery.com. We will respond that we have received your files and if they are the correct resolution for your desired print size. Please look out for our reply.

• When possible, please attach your files instead of embedding files into your email. This avoids file compression and potential degradation of your images.

ABOUT YOUR FILES

All scanning is done in house with careful attention by one of our imaging specialists. We care about the quality of your scans.

All digital files can be delivered via email upon payment. Alternatively we can upload them to a supplied flash drive or you can purchase a flash drive with your files for $8.00.

We do not store customer’s files after one month from job completion. We strongly urge you to back up your files in at least two places.
