In 1994, following a 28 year career in banking, I became interested in art through a local art league in Mississippi. After moving to Midway, Kentucky in 1995, I continued my art studies with the University of Kentucky’s Donovan Scholars Program for eight years. Most recently I have worked at the Artist Attic, under the instruction of Mary Neely.
While my passion is with pastels, my other mediums include oil, watercolor and charcoal.
Shows and awards include the Lexington Art League, Montgomery County Council for the Arts, Scott County Art League, Jack Jouett Art Show and Central Bank Gallery. South Hill Gallery, Lexington, KY has my work on exhibit.
