Enrique is one of Lexington's most prolific painters, who shows at most of the area's outdoor art fairs. Enrique, a native of Venezuela, has lived in the US for the past 20 years and is also well known for his musical talent in a band called "The Big Maracas." While most known for his acrylics on canvas of equine race scenes at Keeneland and Church Hill Downs, he also paints people in "Long Face" and animals such as peacocks and roosters. Various sizes and types of work by Enrique are on permanent display at South Hill Gallery.
